After graduating from Biola University, Taylor began his career in commercial real estate investment and brokerage. He joined Asset in 2016 and has since led the company’s expansion across the United States. Outside of work, Taylor enjoys camping with his wife and two kids, as well as attending the occasional heavy metal concert.

Having his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in business, Cody spent the first 8 years of his career in the financial sector, building net new reporting structures and managing projects across many lines of business. Cody joined Asset early 2024 and has since shown to be a valuable asset to the team. Cody has a high interest in business process improvement and passion for traveling after visiting over 30 countries.

Julie oversees billing and account reconciliation, daily bookkeeping, office administration, and Human Resources at Asset Preservation. With more than 30 years of experience, she plays a key role in the company’s ongoing success. Outside of work, Julie enjoys time in her garden, and when she is not there, she can often be found relaxing on a beach.

Jay brings a diverse background to Asset Preservation, from management at Price Club/Costco to leading operations for over 200 professional golf events. With more than 15 years at Asset, he drives business growth through strong relationships and proven results. Fun fact: Jay has spent more time around pro golfers than most fans ever will.

Cecily is a seasoned Asset Preservation employee with over 10 years of experience. Known for her attention to detail and reliability, she brings consistency and care to everything she does. Outside of work, Cecily enjoys baking and loves experimenting with new recipes in her kitchen.

Jaymi is the Lead Freddie Mac Property Coordinator, overseeing maintenance, compliance, vendor billing, bids, and broker communication to ensure strong green scorecards. She brings a highly organized, detail-driven background from high-volume operations. Outside of work, she’s a proud mom of three who enjoys traveling with her kids.
